• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

• Children must be supervised at all times near the pool, canal, dock, and waterfront areas.

• No diving, jumping, or swimming in the canal.

• Please park only in designated parking areas and driveway spaces. Do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or access points.

• The property is equipped with a privacy-safe Minut noise monitoring system that measures sound levels only and does not record conversations.

• When sustained noise levels exceed approximately 75 dB, the primary guest may receive an automated notification requesting that noise levels be reduced.

• Repeated disturbances, neighbor complaints, violations of quiet hours, or failure to comply with noise notifications may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

• A security camera is located at the front of the property for safety, security, and occupancy verification purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas.

• Please respect our neighbors and help us maintain a peaceful residential environment.
